How To Throw A Pink Spider Web Halloween Party

Our friends at Beijos Events used a selection of Bonjour Fête premium party supplies to throw a beautiful pink Halloween party. Full of posh pink accents and bewitching black spider details, this event was the perfect setting for our pink spider web tableware.

"The main inspiration for this pink Halloween party was Bonjour Fete's adorable plates," said Kazas, referring to our Pink Spider Web Small Plates. "After seeing all of their amazing Halloween collections, my heart skipped a beat for that one, specifically."
Naturally, the key to the perfect pink Halloween fête lies in the color scheme. From moody magentas to bewitching blushes, there are plenty of hues to choose from.
"Pink is one of our favorite colors, and using it for a darker holiday really makes it pop," shared Kazas. "I used pink throughout, in a monochromatic way, with balloons, florals, and pumpkins. Then, added some black with the spiders to really give it that posh factor."
Our Pink Spider Web Small Plates and Cocktail Napkins feature our signature Petal Pink embellished with Black Noir spiderwebs, moons, and stars. Both eerie and enchanting, these paper party supplies are versatile enough to use on any tablescape.
When asked about her tips for creating a beautiful tablescape, Kazas said it's all about layering. "For this specific table, I used a few pieces from Bonjour Fête's Signature collection, then layered the pink spider plates on top of them."
We love how Beijos layered them under our Black Noir Signature Cabana Stripe plates. The mix-matched patterns created an eye-catching party table– made all the more striking by the florals and cute mini spider decorations.
"Adding flower arrangements is key, they add so much to any event and really crank up the pretty factor a notch," shared Kazas. "The small details are what makes a party. In this instance, we had adorable spider place cards with guest's names and tons of mini spiders scattered along the table. When it all comes together, it really takes your breath away."
But don’t stop at the tablescape! An unforgettable event calls for unforgettable Halloween decorations throughout. For this celebration, @the.pop.shopllc worked with Beijos to make a brimming pink Halloween balloon garland embellished with spooky cute DIY spider balloons. Coupled with the stunning florals from Earth & Grace Co and the chic rental pieces from @sweetsalvagerentals, everything came together beautifully.
"We are incredibly lucky to work alongside so many amazing vendors, I like to call them 'friendors'," Kazas gushed. "At this point, we've been working with most of these vendors for 5+ years, so we are pretty darn close. I always make a mood board for any event and use it so we're all on the same page. I also share quotes, designs, and orders with everyone so there aren't any surprises. We are all so tight that we trust each other and the outcome is always pretty magical."
No Halloween party is complete without giving them something sweet to eat! You can never go wrong with a pink Halloween cake, especially one that can double as decor. The talented @sugarfromtheheartbakeshop made an array of spook-tacular desserts adorned with pink spider designs.
From frosted sugar cookies to strawberry donuts, there are plenty of other pink Halloween food ideas you can serve. If you're hosting a fête for adults, be sure to prep some fa-boo-lous cocktails, too!
When asked how this party could be adapted for an older crowd, Kazas said that a tasty menu is essential. "Let's be honest, the way to most adult's hearts is through their bellies," began Kazas. "To make it a bit more adult, have some fun apps on the table. You could even do a spooky charcuterie or a few tapas."
