- New Year Wishes
New Year’s resolutions aren’t just for the grownups. In fact, coming up with goals for the new year is a fabulous tradition to add to your NYE agenda. We suggest having a designated notebook to keep a record of everyone’s wishes each year (mom and dad included!)
This way you can look back on years past and see what’s changed. You can even store the notebook with your holiday decorations so it stays in one easy, accessible place!
- Mock Midnight
For kids too little to make it to midnight, feel free to ring in the New Year with a different time zone! From Time Square to Champs-Élysées, it’ll be 12 AM somewhere. So, pick a place and time that works with your schedule, and celebrate a few hours earlier.
Feel free to turn the event into a petite pajama party so they know bedtime is near. After all, there’s nothing better than cozying up in comfy clothes to watch the ball drop!
